NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of County Commissioners of Nassau County, Florida, at a meeting to be held on Monday, the 14th day of August, 2023 at 6:00 P.M., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the Commission Chambers, located at the James S. Page Governmental Complex, 96135 Nassau Place, Yulee, Florida, intends to consider for adoption the following proposed Ordinance:

AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF NASSAU COUNTY, FLORIDA; AMENDING CHAPTER 1, ARTICLE 1. -IN GENERAL, SECTION 1-3. - EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS FOR COUNTY SPONSORED EVENTS; ALLOWING FOR BUSINESS MEETINGS AND EMPLOYEE OF THE QUARTER LUNCHES; PROVIDING FOR CODIFICATION; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTING PROVISIONS; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
Copies of the Ordinance are available at the County Managers Office, 96135 Nassau Place, Suite 1, Yulee, Florida 32097 Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. through 5:00 p.m., except legal holidays.
THE PUBLIC IS INVITED TO BE PRESENT AND BE HEARD. In accordance with Florida Statute 286.0105: If any person decides to appeal any decision made of this Board or Committee with respect to any matter considered at this scheduled meeting or hearing, the person will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Monday, August 14, 2023, at 6:00 PM. or soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, the Board of County Commissioners of Nassau County will hold a public hearing at the Commission Chambers, James S. Page Governmental Complex, 96135 Nassau Place, Yulee, Florida 32097 to consider the replating of Wildlight Parcel 4A Hawthorn Park at the following described property in Nassau County.
Location for the above-described property is: Approximately .24 miles on Crosstown Blvd. from State Road 200. Parcel # 44-2N-27-1004-004A-0000
Action Requested: Replat a portion of East Nassau Wildlight PDP #3 pod 4 North to create a new subdivision, Hawthorn Park, which will consist of 74 single family homes.
This application is filed by: Pulte Home Company LLC, (owner).
