Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Thursday, December 14, 2023, at 6:30 P.M. the Conditional Use and Variance Board of Nassau County will hold a public hearing at the Commission Chambers, James S. Page Governmental Complex, 96135 Nassau Place, Yulee, Florida, 32097 to consider an application for a Conditional Use, CU2023-022. The Public is invited to attend the meeting concerning the following described property in Nassau County:

Action Requested: CU2023-022 is a request for a conditional use permit pursuant to Article 22, Sec. 22.03 (A) which allows for supplemental regulations for certain conditional uses listed under Article 28, Sec. 28.14 (J) for the construction of a mother-in-law dwelling.
