NOTICE OF INTENT TO ADOPT AMENDMENTS TO THE HILLIARD COMPREHENSIVE PLAN
FIRST READING OF ORDINANCE NO. 2021-01
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Town Council of the Town of Hilliard, Florida proposes to adopt an ordinance amending the Hilliard Comprehensive Plan after an Evaluation and Appraisal of the Comprehensive Plan. The Public Hearing has been scheduled for Thursday, January 7, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. The Public Hearing will be held in the Hilliard Town Hall Council Chambers, located at 15859 West County Road 108.  

Action on the matter may be taken following the closing of the Public Hearing at the Regular Meeting of the Town Council.  A copy of Ordinance No. 2021-01, with the proposed amendments to the Comprehensive Plan are available for inspection and copying at Town Hall during normal business hours 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

PURSUANT TO THE REQUIREMENTS OF F.S. 286.0105, the following notification is given: If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Town Council with respect to any matter considered at such meetings he or she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceeding is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
